At GEM Benelux we believe there is no such thing as a standard recipe for success. Together with the management team a tailored strategic and operating plan will be developed for each investment. At implementation of the business plan the GEM Benelux team aims to be a sounding board for the management team and actively supportive.

Acknowledging that today’s business environment requires companies to be adaptive and decisive, the management team will have full operational autonomy. A flexible governance model geared to fast decision making will be put in place, with one of the partners of GEM Benelux taking up a position in the Supervisory Board.

The management team will find in GEM Benelux a reliable business partner with intimate knowledge of a broad range of industries and a wide spread network, which will be put to use for the good of the business. The GEM Benelux team is always actively involved with its investments but will not engage in daily management.
