Bas Glas studied Business Management at the Free University and the Amsterdam Academy for Banking and Finance.

After graduating in 1997 he joined Van Den Boom Groep Corporate Finance Consultants, where he worked as Merger & Acquisition adviser.

From 2000 Bas formed part of the Financial Sponsor team at NIBCapital, where he dedicated himself to advising on Management Buy Outs.

In 2003 he moved to the Principal Investments Division,where he concentrated on equity investments in situations involving business succession/acquisitions and strategic growth.

In 2004 he entered the employ of GEM Benelux.

Bas is involved in the investments: Axxicon, CurTec, Codema, Hamal Signature, PQR, Solidium and TASK24.
