Actief Group joins forces with Hartmanns to enter the Danish market
Lummen (Belgium), June 30, 2022 – Actief Group, a leading Western European independent staffing company, joins forces with Hartmanns A/S (“Hartmanns”). Hartmanns, headquartered in Ballerup, is the number three temporary staffer in Denmark putting c. 1,000 people to work. Moreover Hartmanns offers specialised recruiting services, outplacement and advisory services. The partnership with Hartmanns enables Actief Group to enter the Danish market and add a strong complementary company with a solid client base to its activities.
Hartmanns and Actief have a similar strategy which is focused on a local-for-local approach, thereby providing high value services to its clients. The CEO of Hartmanns, Mrs Anne-Mette Ravn, remains on board and will lead Actief’s operations in Denmark.

With this acquisition Actief Group follows its growth strategy of the past couple of years, focused on achieving above market organic growth complemented with strategic add-on acquisitions. It has the ambition to achieve a top 10 position in each of the countries it operates in.
