Management and Gilde acquire HG International

HG International, which history dates back to the early 1960s, is a leading branded supplier of specialty cleaning and maintenance products under the HG brand.

HG has a dominant position in its market niche in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK, and exports to a diversity of other countries. The Company is renowned for its extensive product offering; it offers more than 250 types of specialty cleaning products, including products for kitchens, furniture and fabrics. Clients of HG include DIY chains, supermarkets and pharmacists.
