New CIO and CFO appointed at Dunlop Protective Footwear

Raalte – Dunlop Protective Footwear has embarked on its Vision 2x22, which describes its journey in further growing the Company. One of the key growth engines is the “Dunlop goes Digital” project, which will provide for an efficient way of working, whilst putting the customer at the center. In order to have the appropriate focus in place, the current role of Reint van der Meulen as CFO has been split into two new roles.

Reint van der Meulen is appointed as the CIO (Chief Information Officer) of Dunlop Protective Footwear. With the deeply rooted experience of Reint into the Company, he is best positioned to translate the business processes into a digital sustainable platform.

At the same time, Ronnie van den Belt will succeed Reint in his current CFO role. Ronnie is an international experienced CFO and is rounding of his assignment with Aalberts Industries. Ronnie will be responsible for the total Financial Function of Dunlop Protective Footwear, including legal, tax and M&A support. He will join the Company per March 20th 2019, which is the date that the changes above will be effectuated.
