Nspyre to launch nearshore branch in Romania

So far Nspyre has successfully guaranteed clients continued knowledge. The company has been witnessing a rising scarcity of technical software knowledge in the Netherlands. Reasons include the ageing population and declining numbers of students. The initiative to set up a nearshore facility should help intensify the competitive position on the market and add to the envisaged growth strategy at the same time.

Opting for Romania and Cluj has been an obvious decision in many ways. Already in 2007 Romania joined the EU while differences in terms of distance, time and culture are negligible. Also, Cluj is unofficially considered the economic centre and university city of Romania. In the longer term Cluj, boasting more than 400 computer sciences graduates annually who also have a firm grasp of the English language, will provide a promising perspective

The Romanian branch will focus in particular on outsourcing issues with services including software engineering, testing and application management. To this end the locally engaged management will be selecting and hiring professionals over the coming time. The activities to be carried out in Romania will be intensively monitored from the Netherlands to ensure outstanding quality and progress. Sustainable investments in specific domain knowledge and preservation of staff will make the basic principle of the services

Ruud de Keijzer, Managing Director and also the person responsible for the setup of Nspyre Romania says, "I'm most excited about this challenging initiative that will allow Nspyre to spread its international wings. As a prominent service provider it will help us offer clients even more knowledge and expertise.
