Gilde became a shareholder of BOERplay in May 2025. Gilde will support CEO Willem Butz and the broader management team to unlock a new phase of growth. This will be driven by broadening the company’s product and service offering into adjacent market segments, expanding its presence across Europe, and executing a focused buy-and-build strategy to accelerate international growth.
