VHZ Groep (VHZ) is the Dutch market leading producer of uPVC frames, windows and doors with three production locations: Europrovyl (Leeuwarden), Transcarbo (Hoensbroek) and Kumij (Groningen). Well-known names that have been responsible for the production, supply and installation of plastic frames in the renovation, traditional new build and conceptual new build market for more than 50 years. VHZ is the preferred partner of housing corporations and construction companies in the Netherlands, with more than 600 employees, realizing a total turnover of EUR 200 million. In the coming years, VHZ expects to play an even more important role in the energy transition and the reduction of the housing shortage.

In 2021, Gilde was welcomed as shareholder of VHZ through a management buy-out. Together with the management, the next growth phase will be initiated with the aim to further strengthen VHZ's market leading position and accelerate its growth ambitions.
