Conclusion (Future)

Conclusion was founded in 1997 as a service provider with a broad range of staffing and consultancy activities. In 2013, Conclusion welcomed Gilde as growth partner. Together with the founders and management Conclusion’s activities were streamlined and optimized while simultaneously reshaping the platform. The organizational structure was simplified into two divisions with dedicated management teams and seven service lines. Next to strong commercial success, Conclusion grew through the acquisitions of amongst others ForeyeT (digital signage) and VSH (integration technology).
Conclusion transformed into the leading managed services provider in its respective markets, annually realizing more than EUR 200 million in sales. In 2016, the ICT division of Conclusion – containing over 1,250 specialists and technical experts – was successfully sold. The BPO activities of Conclusion, focused on the public domain, were carved-out and rebranded as the Future group. After continued successful years of growth, Future group was sold in December 2017.
